With these insights, we then coach the team - in consultation with the manager - in such a way that the strong talents present are used to the maximum in order to intensify the cooperation, increase the involvement among themselves and increase the commercial performance of the entire sales team!

Step 1.

We analyze the individual present (strong) talents of the employees in the sales team (by means of a strenghts assessment) where we from Husaca make use of affiliated strenghts coaches and organizational psychologists who have years of experience in providing insight into specific talents of employees and how cooperation in a team can be maximized.

Step 2.

Then we plot all the individual talents in a team matrix to get clear insight into the talents that are missing and the areas in which they are actually over-represented. And as the team starts to grow what specific talents are important to add so that growth can be properly facilitated.
